PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS BEFORE CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING.
We offer free delivery to our customers in most areas around Ware. We will deliver your hire castle on the day required. Delivery starts from 08:00 and collection starts from 16:00.
Our prices are competitive and non-negotiable unless you are hiring more than one castle. We require full payment on drop off on the day of hire.
Please make sure you have enough space for the castle to be put up. You need to have at least a foot of space along both sides of the castle so we can peg it down securely. All outdoor hires are on GRASS ONLY. There must be sufficient space at the front of the castle so that its users do not collide with walls, trees, sheds, fences etc. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR MEASURING THE SPACE REQUIRED.
It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury and damage to the equipment (which include all items supplied by Ware Bouncy Castles). PLEASE READ the following safety instructions and ensure that they are followed:
- Inflatables and soft play are only for use following the government guidelines found on gov.uk.
- Inflatables must be set up in a secure garden with GRASS only.
- Please be mindful around social distancing.
- We will require an extension lead to be set up in the garden ready for our arrival if you do not have an outside socket.
- We will no longer be issuing paper copies of our terms and conditions for you to sign on our arrival. These will be emailed on booking for you to read through and reply if you accept. If you do not agree or reply, we are unable to go ahead with your hire.
- If someone in your household shows coronavirus symptoms, please do not make a booking until at least 10 days after they are first displayed.
Cleaning and Disinfection
All of our equipment is cleaned before your hire at our premises. For the safety of our staff, we will not clean the equipment on collection.
Although we have made every effort to ensure that the equipment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with anti-bacterial solution, we accept no liability for injury or illness and the use of the equipment remains the sole responsibility and decision of the hirer.
please be aware that if you cancel with less than 14 days notice you will loose your deposit, if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, full payment is required.
- A responsible person over 18 years of age must supervise each inflatable at all times.
- Any soft play and/or other equipment hired must also be supervised by a responsible adult.
- This equipment has an age limit of 15 years. Please ensure that no one over this age uses the equipment.
- The inflatable/s must be secured to the ground at all times.
- No food to drinks is to be consumed on the inflatable or any other equipment (to avoid choking and mess).
- All shoes, badges and jewellery (e.g. large earrings and necklaces etc) must be removed to avoid damage to the equipment and injury to other users. It is recommended the spectacles and allice bands are also removed. Adults must remove high heal shoes before stepping on mats.
- Ensure that the equipment is not overcrowded and limit the numbers depending on the age and size of children using it.
- Do not allow children to take any hard or sharp object onto the equipment or anything large enough to block exit/entrances.
- Do not allow children to take balloons onto the equipment (burst balloons and strings can be a choking hazard).
- No party poppers, henna, face paint, coloured streamers or silly string can be used on or near the equipment as they can permanently satin.
- No water or other liquid to be poured or sprayed onto the equipment (other than a reasonable amount for cleaning purposes) as it causes the surface of inflatables to become slippery, damages soft play and can result in subsequent booking being cancelled if the equipment is to wet to be delivered. If equipment is deliberately soaked, you will be charged double your hire fee to cover our costs and subsequent cancelled bookings and drying time.
- It is against Health and Safety Regulations to use inflatables when wind speeds, including gusts are over 24mph. Ware Bouncy Castles will not set up their equipment in these conditions. Wind speeds change continuously throughout the day and so it is the responsibility of the person hiring the inflatable to ensure it is not used if wind speeds to rise above 24mph.
- No smoking, BBQs, glass or animals on or near the equipment.
- Recklessness or boisterous behaviour must not be allowed.
- Climbing, hanging or sitting on the walls is dangerous and must not be allowed.
- Children must use slides 1 at a time and must not climb on the sides or top of the slide.
- Ensure mats supplied with the equipment remain where they were positioned during installation.
- Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front step. This step is there to help users get on and off.
- NO one with a history of back or neck problems should be allowed on the inflatable/s.
- Do not allow users on the inflatable/s during inflation or deflation.
- If the inflatable/s are not being used for any part of the day, please switch off the blower/s off at the mains.
- In the event of rain please remove children from the inflatable/s and place a table or similar object over the blower/s to prevent water from being blown inside the inflatable/s. Do not switch the blower/s off. Once the rain has stopped please ensure the entrance and exit to the inflatable/s are dried with a towel before children are allowed back on as they become slippery when wet.
- Should a blower overheat or lose power immediately remove children from the inflatable/s and switch off the blower/s at the mains. It should restart when switched on again 1 or 2 minutes later. If it does not please inform us on the number above.
- Ware Bouncy Castles must be advised as soon as possible in the event of any injury requiring any professional medical treatment. Treatment must be sought within 2 hours of the injury occurring and a detailed record of the incident and treatment must be provided to Ware Bouncy Castles.
- Please exit the castle from the front middle of the castle step, this is to avoid children tripping over the pegs and anchor points.
- Do not allow children to run around the inflatables, this is a trip hazard and could cause injury.
DISCLAIMER
Please note all persons using this equipment do so at their own risk.
The person/organisation hiring the equipment will be responsible/liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use. Any damage to the equipment supplied or missing items will be billed for accordingly. These guidelines are for the safety of all people using this equipment and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are adhered to. Ware Bouncy Castles cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment.
I acknowledge receipt of the equipment in a good, clean condition and agree to abide by the terms and conditions listed above and return the equipment in the same condition it was received in. (please note if the equipment is collected in a dirty condition then the person hiring it will incur a cleaning charge from £50 depending on unit hired)
Ware Bouncy Castles are NOT responsible for any damage to property or possessions should we need to bring the castle or equipment through your home. Access to the garden via a side or back entrance is preferable to avoid inconvenience.
Should you have any issues during your hire you MUST contact us straight away so we can resolve any issue. Any issues causing lack of usage not reported will be deemed invalid.
Safety mats are provided for use at the front of the castle at all times for the safety of its users.
The castle must not be deflated or moved by anyone other than Ware Bouncy Castles. Complaints or claims in these circumstances will be void.
Ware Bouncy Castles will not be liable if your electricity supply be disconnected during your hire period.
We are covered by a £5,000,000 public liability insurance policy which covers us for save setup of the equipment for which the DISCLAIMER MUST BE AGREED to by the customer before the hire.
IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HIRER TO ENSURE THE SAFE USE OF THE CASTLE. WE WILL RUN THROUGH SAFE PRACTICE BEFORE WE LEAVE.
