When do you deliver?
Deliveries for garden hires are usually made from 9am-11am and collections are usually made 3pm-5pm. We will call you the day before your hire to give you a specific deliver time. if you need a specific pick up or drop off time then please contact us.
Hires to halls are time specific to your needs and will take priority.
Can I have a castle on Astro Turf?
All of our inflatables need to be anchored down. Sandbags are not enough weight to secure a castle. To give you an idea each anchor point needs a weight of 165kg and each castle has 6-8 anchor points. They need to be safely secured. We can peg into your astro turf.
Are your prices negotiable?
No unfortunately not unless you are hiring multiple items. The price will be the same if you hire for 2 hours or for 5 hours, or if you have 2 or 30 children. The work involved for us and our costs are the same.
Do you hire overnight?
Yes we do hire our inflatables out over night but not our soft play packages, overnight hire prices vary and are listed on the castle page.
What happens if it rains?
If it is forecast for heavy rain, we would unfortunately have to cancel your outdoor hire as it will be unsafe and rebook free of charge. We will discuss this with you the evening before your hire when we ring and confirm your booking with you.
Do you offer any Discounts?
Yes we offer a 10% for Emergency Services, HM Forces and NHS Staff (You will need proof of this and it must have your name on it, we need to see it on the day of hire otherwise we cannot provide the discount).

Do you have insurance?
Yes we do! All of our equipment is covered by £5m public liability insurance which is available on request. All our inflatables are insured for children up to the age of 16. IT DOES NOT COVER ACCIDENTS WHICH MAY OCCUR DUE TO HUMAN ERROR, MISUSE OF THE THE INFLATABLE OR LACK OF PROPER ADULT SUPERVISION. IT IS DOWN TO YOU AS THE CUSTOMER TO MAKE SURE THE INFLATABLE IS PROPERLY SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES AND THAT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE YOU AGREE TOO ARE PROPERLY ADHERED TOO. WE RECOMMEND YOU CHECK WITH YOUR VENUE TO SEE IF THEY ALSO HAVE PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE THAT COVERS INFLATABLES.
Are your inflatables suitable for adults?
No. All of our inflatables are only suitable for children.
Are all your Bouncy Castles safety tested?
Yes all our Bouncy Castles are PIPA and RPII tested and all blowers are pat tested.
Is delivery free of charge?
Yes, delivery charges will be calculated for you when we take your booking.
Will I be charged if I cancel my booking?
If you cancel more than 48 hours ahead of your booking there is no charge, if you cancel less than 48 hours before your booking there will be a £25 cancellation fee.
Do I need to pay a deposit.
No we do no require a deposit.
